My breakfast is always oatmeal with skippy natural peanut butter, that has sugar, and a cup of black instant coffee. Yes, instant. I only make 1 cup, and I like it strong. I know someone gagged at the thought of instant. Hahaha. That is my favorite meal of the day. My Mom got me a nutriblend, so I mix some berries, greens, and beets, carrots, or nuts together and have that about 2 hours later. Lunch is almost always chicken, and carrots or lettuce. I have an apple at work, and eat raw unsalted nuts. Sometimes I mix the nuts with wasabi peas, sooooo good! And, for dinner, I have chili. Before bed I always have bran flakes and granola cereal.
This is pretty much how I eat daily, with 2 or more liters of water in there also. It is boring, but I am used to it. And when I get into working out, a poor diet is like bad gasoline, you can't run well with it.
